Sylvania Calisthenics was the first Calisthenics club in New South Wales, established in 1979 providing an affordable activity for ages 3 years to adult. We now have generations of families that have come through our club as participants and coaches.
In 2023, Sylvania Calisthenics will be celebrating our 45th year of providing a quality dance sport in Sydney!
Sylvania Calisthenics is very proud of our friendly atmosphere and playing a huge part in the growth and development of our members. Calisthenics is a fabulous sport that builds confidence and self-esteem, improving strength, co-ordination and flexibility in participants, all while they are making friendships that last for years.
Classes are held at Sylvania Heights Community and Youth Club, Box Rd, Sylvania Heights in the heart of the beautiful Sutherland Shire.
